Once we receive your payment, we order your Tonies from the US or UK. International shipping to us takes 2–3 weeks, then we ship to you within NZ (1–3 business days urban, 3–5 rural).
We handle all the international purchasing, currency conversion, and shipping for you. The NZD price you see is the final price — no hidden fees or surprise customs charges.
We accept NZ bank transfer and credit/debit card payments via Stripe. Bank transfer details are included in your order confirmation email; card payments are processed securely at checkout.
Yes! Use the Track Order feature on the site to check your order status at any time using your Tracking Code. You'll also receive email updates when your order status changes.
No — Story Sprouts is exclusively for NZ customers. We only deliver within Aotearoa (urban and rural addresses).
Because we order items from overseas on your behalf, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds. For shipping damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For manufacturing defects, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are always protected.
Because we operate a group-order model where products are purchased in bulk from overseas, customer-initiated cancellations are not available once an order is submitted. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Custom toppers are hand-designed covers for your Toniebox, crafted right here in NZ. Choose from clear, holographic, or fully personalised designs. Upload your own photos or describe your idea and we'll create it for you.
Yoto Make Your Own (MYO) cards are blank audio cards you can load with your own content. We sell blank cards and also offer custom-designed labels — send us your photos or ideas and we'll design beautiful labels for your collection.
