Design and preparation happen before dispatch. After dispatch, estimated NZ delivery is 1–3 business days for urban addresses or 3–5 business days for rural addresses. Preparation time is separate; contact us if you need your order by a particular date.
Our custom toniebox topper designs and Yoto labels are designed digitally and printed in New Zealand. You can share photos or describe your inspiration for a personalised design.
We accept NZ bank transfer and credit/debit card payments via Stripe. Bank transfer details are included in your order confirmation email; card payments are processed securely at checkout.
Yes! Use the Track Order feature on the site to check your order status at any time using your Tracking Code. You'll also receive email updates when your order status changes.
No — Story Sprouts is exclusively for NZ customers. We only deliver within Aotearoa (urban and rural addresses).
You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided design or printing has not started and it has not been dispatched. Abby must confirm the cancellation and any refund next steps. We do not offer change-of-mind returns after delivery. If something is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your Consumer Guarantees Act rights still apply; the cancellation window does not limit those rights. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Email orders@storysproutsnz.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number. We can accept change-of-mind cancellation requests while design or printing has not started and the order has not been dispatched. Wait for Abby to confirm; sending a request does not automatically cancel the order. If accepted, we'll confirm the next steps, including the refund of any payment made. Please do not make another payment while your request is being checked. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights are not limited by this window.

Yoto Make Your Own (MYO) cards are blank audio cards you can load with your own content. We sell blank cards and also offer custom-designed labels — send us your photos or ideas and we'll design beautiful labels for your collection.
