How Shipping Works
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is ready for preparation. You can check its progress using the tracking link and code in your email.
Design & Preparation
Abby prepares your custom toniebox toppers, Yoto cards or labels. For personalised items, we'll contact you if we need to clarify your design details.
NZ Delivery
When your items are ready, we pack and dispatch them within New Zealand. After dispatch, allow an estimated 1–3 business days for urban delivery or 3–5 business days for rural delivery. Wellington pickup is arranged separately.
Track Your Delivery
We'll email your courier tracking details when your order ships. You can also use Track Order on our website to check its latest status.

NZ Only
Story Sprouts ships exclusively within New Zealand — urban and rural addresses across Aotearoa. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees (urban and rural rates) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees.
