How Shipping Works
Order Processing
We operate a group-order model. Once we receive your payment, we add your items to our next bulk order from US/UK suppliers.
International Shipping
Your items are shipped from our overseas suppliers to New Zealand. This typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on the supplier.
NZ Delivery
Once items arrive in NZ, we pack and ship your order via NZ Post or GoSweetSpot courier. Urban delivery is 1–3 business days, rural 3–5 days.
Delivery Confirmation
You'll receive a courier tracking number via email when your order ships. Track your order anytime using your Tracking Code.

Story Sprouts ships exclusively within New Zealand — urban and rural addresses across Aotearoa. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees (urban and rural rates) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees.
